On substance – The system is fine the way it is IMHO, and our defict will be plenty large enough without adding to the E.I. roles.

Is it just me or all they all simply recycling the same points over and over.
In the end I;ll still say that Harper’s got a good point … 360 hrs come on. I’m sure the money would be put to better use via government jobs.
As for Ignatieff’s idea … the road to hell is paved with good intentions
